Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find blablabla Pro and tap Cancel Subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
My scene didn't import correctly
blablabla supports PDF, DOCX, Fountain, Final Draft, images, and pasted text. If a scene imports with missing or jumbled lines, you can edit the turns directly in the app. For persistent issues, email us the file and we'll look into it.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Once audio has been generated for a scene, you can rehearse without an internet connection. The built-in Apple voices also work fully offline.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Settings screen inside the app and tap Delete Account. This removes all your data from our servers. You can also email us at elias.munk@gmail.com to request deletion.
